The BILD 1200 walk-in wine room comes with supercharged CellarPro 3200VEi cooling unit, all-wood Universal racking, double-pane tinted glass windows, locks, and lights. Our BILD Series are packed and shipped flat, and offer tremendous value and savings with many of the same features as our more expensive Le Cache wine cabinets.

With racking for 1200 bottles, BILD 1200 wine rooms are a perfect blends of function and value. These wine cabinets feature durable, easy-to-clean melamine laminates on all exterior surfaces, double-pane tinted glass windows for thermal and UV protection, and advanced wine cellar refrigeration by CellarPro Cooling Systems. All panels are framed and insulated with high-density foam, and wood wine racks are efficiently sized to accommodate oversized bottles.

BILD 1200 racking is located on the left and right walls for easy access. At the top of the wine racks, both sides offer bulk storage space for oversized bottles like Magnums and large Champagne bottles.

Placement requirements: The cooling unit, mounted on back panel of wine room, requires 4"-6" clearance behind and above the unit for proper air circulation. The location must be sufficiently large for the hot air generated by the cooling unit to dissipate. BILD 1200 Cooling units can handle 50-110 degrees ambient temperature.

BILD wine rooms and cabinets require assembly. All assembly hardware is included with your purchase.

  • Universal Racking: Double deep racking on the right and left side accommodates 480 bottles per side + bulk storage above to hold 240 standard bottles or larger format bottles. All in rack capacity can fit up to champagne size.

  • 1 year warranty on cabinet / 5 years on cooling unit. The cooling unit plugs into a standard wall outlet and should be on a dedicated circuit. The components of the cooling unit draw 7.7 amps. The cord extends 10 ft from the back of the wine room. If extension cord is used, it should be a 14 gauge wire or thicker, grounded, and as short as possible. We recommend using a surge protector rated at 15 amps or more. The cooling system should never share a circuit with another wine refrigerator or appliance.
